Lucy Ede is the founder of New-Stuff Ltd. A London based product development and innovation consultancy.

Lucy works with all types of food and drink businesses helping to develop new products ranging from small start-ups to large corporations.

She started out as a Product Selector at Marks & Spencer. She then moved on to become Head of Innovation for innocent drinks where she spent 12 years, growing the business from a small start-up to the large household name that it is today.

More recently Lucy has had her own consultancy working with brands such as Harvey Nichols, Soho House, Marks and Spencer etc.

From starting completely new categories, to developing retail and hospitality concepts; Lucy partners with some of the best brands in the industry to build growth and value for their businesses.
