Jayne joins Marks & Spencer as Central Store Operations Director this summer, focusing on brilliant in store execution, retail standards and customer service to provide customers the best experience, however and wherever they choose to shop with M&S. Prior to this, Jayne held a variety of roles at Morrisons over a 14 year period. Most recently, she led 250 supermarkets for the retailer, across England, Scotland, Wales and Gibraltar. Jayne’s passion for retail and customer service is complimented by her commitment to people leadership and development. She takes her own ongoing development seriously too, recently spending a month in France at Insead’s Advanced Management Programme, in addition to being a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD
