Naomi is the Customer Director for Tesco Ireland. She is responsible for the marketing and customer strategy that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and supports commercial performance. She joined Tesco in 2019 as Group Insight Director within the UK Customer Leadership Team and has since gained operational and commercial experience across the business, including roles as a London Store Manager and as a Category Director in UK Commercial. Prior to Tesco, Naomi held senior roles at M&S, dunnhumby and Accenture, bringing almost 30 years of expertise in data, digital, customer insight and marketing transformation.
