Richard is the CEO of the newly formed Wonderfield Group which owns food business across North America, Europe and The U.K. supplying all of the leading grocery chains with sushi, poke bowls, salads and fruit. Prior to this he was the CEO at PizzaExpress before which he held senior commercial and Marketing roles at Asda, Waitrose and Morrisons. He has also sat on The Board of Premier Foods for 9 years, the last 3 as The Senior Independent Director.
