Shaun is a Partner at Spayne Lindsay & Co., an independent corporate finance adviser to the international consumer sector. He has led a large number of M&A transactions and advisory projects across the Consumer sector since joining Spayne Lindsay in 2005. Prior to that Shaun qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and later Deloitte.
