Julian is a business leader, responsible for running the Publicis Sapient Retail Business internationally. He has over 30 years of experience of delivering strategic transformation across different industry sectors, with a particular focus on Retail, Consumer Products and Telecoms/Media.

Julian manages the teams that shape and deliver Publicis Sapient’s largest Digital Business Transformation engagements in Retail. He understands the challenge and opportunity of Digital for Retailers and leads teams in building customer experiences that harness this potential. He works with senior client stakeholders, helping them adopt digital propositions and set up their digital transformation programmes for success. He brings his wide-ranging experience to bear on client work and helps drive consensus and clarity in the transformation. He then brings the passion and drive to help teams deliver against the commitments.

Currently, Julian is based in the Publicis Sapient London office and he has worked across several of our European offices in the past 20 years. Julian is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in Publicis Sapient and is a faculty member of The Accelerator, the Leadership Development programme, where he is responsible for developing our leaders DBT capabilities. Julian has an excellent academic background with a 1st Class honours degree in Engineering, a Masters in Control Theory and later, an MBA.
